Enable live traffic

Live mode needs a traffic-provider key. Add one in admin:

1. Go to Admin → Extensions
2. TomTom — free key, no card
3. Google — real-time, needs billing
4. Paste key, save, reload

Until then, Simulation shows averages with no key.
